Our mission at Advanced Foot and Ankle Clinic is to deliver exceptional podiatric care in a welcoming, respectful, and patient-focused environment. We are dedicated to serving our community by providing timely, thorough, and ethical foot and ankle care for patients of all ages.
We believe in listening first, educating our patients, and partnering with them in their care. Through thoughtful treatment planning and attention to detail, we strive to help our patients walk comfortably, confidently, and pain-free.
Our office is fully equipped to manage a wide range of foot and ankle conditions, including in-office casting for fractures and injuries, diagnostic and therapeutic ultrasound, and advanced tools for accurate evaluation and treatment planning. For comprehensive imaging needs, we maintain strong partnerships with nearby modern imaging centers, allowing our patients convenient access to X-ray, MRI, and CT scans close to our office.
We also utilize in-office nail and callus grinding equipment to safely and effectively treat thickened nails, calluses, and painful pressure areas during routine and medical visits.
Our clinic has been newly remodeled with a focus on cleanliness, comfort, and efficiency. All procedures are performed using sterile instruments, and we maintain an in-office medical autoclave to ensure proper instrument sterilization and the highest standards of infection control.
Through advanced equipment, attention to detail, and patient-centered care, we strive to deliver safe, effective, and modern podiatric treatment for every patient.

Dr. Parpi Mehrabi, DPM is an active medical staff member affiliated with Adventist Health Glendale (1509 Wilson Terrace, Glendale, CA 91206) and Glendale Memorial Hospital and Health Center (1420 S. Central Ave., Glendale, CA 91204). When surgical care is required, procedures are performed at one of these accredited facilities or at Physicians Adventist Surgery Center (1509 Wilson Terrace, Glendale, CA 91206), ensuring patients receive safe, high-quality care in modern, fully equipped hospital and surgical settings.
